The Quiet Beginning
I didn’t set out to build an app.
I was simply following a quiet, persistent pull—toward understanding life more deeply, and helping others do the same.
My journey with Vedic astrology began not from a love of prediction, but from a fascination with timing, purpose, and the invisible architecture behind how we live and work. When I discovered the teachings of Ernst Wilhelm, something clicked. His clarity, precision, and reverence for this system opened a door I knew I was meant to walk through.
Seeing Through the Chart
As I immersed myself in this work, I began doing readings—not just for individuals seeking personal clarity, but for people navigating change, leadership, and career transitions.
Again and again, I saw how powerful this system is when applied to real-world situations:
People stuck in roles that drained their energy
Teams misaligned in ways no org chart could fix
Founders launching out of sync with natural timing

The chart revealed more than personality—it showed how people are designed to move, what they’re truly here to express, and when it’s time to act or rest. It showed right role, right time, right energy.
From Misalignment to Devotion
Before this, I had built businesses the traditional way.
One of them grew into a franchise. From the outside, it looked like success.
But inside, I was burned out—operating out of alignment, disconnected from timing, and carrying a weight that didn’t feel mine to hold.
That chapter taught me something I couldn’t learn from books:
That success without alignment doesn’t feel like success at all.
And that real growth happens when we’re working with life, not against it.
The Birth of TeamAlign
TeamAlign began as a response to that knowing.
I saw how much potential is wasted—not because people lack talent, but because they’re out of sync with their own design, or stuck in roles that don’t reflect their essence.
This platform is a bridge:
